Belairberry is a striking mid-century house, that has become an iconic and impressive feature of the main street of Berry. Built in 1956, in a nautical style, this ‘P&O’ or liner style home is only a short stroll to Berry’s cafes, restaurants, showground, markets and boutique shopping.

Visually, the architecture and gardens are pleasing with more of a twist to being unconventional. The spaces are relaxing and numerous, so that one can always find space in the crowd. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs that share a large bathroom overlooking the buttress roots of the fig tree garden. The other 4 bedrooms are all separate, having no common walls, each has a kitchenette, a bathroom and their own unique space. One has a balcony, one has a garden and two have lounge areas. Two are in the garden and two are on the upstairs terrace. There is a large outdoor entertaining area upstairs and another at the rear of the house. An 11m pool will be installed in early 2019.

The outside areas are perfect for celebrating significant birthdays, family reunions and corporate events. Chairs, cutlery, plates, glasses and tables are available for such events.
